These Terms of Service govern your use of veltix.shop and any purchase from VELTIX, operated by Taisei Koike. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Use of the Site

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to interfere with its operation or security.

2. Products

We try to display our jewelry as accurately as possible. Colors, plating, and finishes may vary slightly from images due to lighting and screen settings.

3. Personalization

Engraving and custom personalization are not currently offered. Products are sold as shown on each product page, including the option you select.

4. Pricing and orders

All prices are in U.S. dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example due to pricing errors or suspected fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will issue a full refund.

5. Payment

Payment is due at checkout through the payment methods offered. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

6. Shipping and returns

Shipping and returns are governed by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy.

7. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, images, logos, and designs, belongs to VELTIX or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

8. Disclaimer

The Site and products are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Jewelry contains small parts and is not intended for young children.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes apply to orders placed after the updated terms are posted.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without limiting any consumer protection rights you have under the laws of the place where you live.
